Question for The Sims FreePlay

I want to know why my sims is working an hour earlier than my ipads clock.. If they are supposed to be to work at 7, at 6 it starts telling me to send them to work??? and get

I guess it's a reflection of real life, your boss won't mind if you decide to start work early ;) the number of hours worked is the same, you don't have to send them an hour early I've tried delaying the start time and I think they allow you do be up to one hour early to one hour late so you have a two hour window to send your sims to work

And also to give you time to inspire your sim to go to work! I know I need more than an hour to find that kind of inspiration!

The game doesn't know about day light savings time, etc.
