My sim is gone missing and every time I click her name it shows me a car park but I looked there and can't find her she's not in her house and she is house bound .How can I get her back please help me!

Same thing here also. Says my sim is housebound but when I click her it takes me to the town map. This happened after sending her for a drive

Go to another sims house and call the missing sim over using the whistle

Samething happened to me as well, it's been over a week since I've lost her after sending her out for a drive, she didnt come back.

Happened to me. Sent my boy out for a drive and he never came back. Knew I shouldn't have hooked him up with that crazy chick. Think he left town!

Same her, sent my sim for a drive and never came back, when you click on him it shows you the car park in the map but he's not there.
Must be a bug. R.I.P little Sim.

Me too. And my next goal is to add a sim and all lots full so the game must not see her either. I sent her out in her Mercedes. Whistle is a no go.

I read that you should buy your sim a cupcake first to inspire them then use the whistle to call then to another sims house. I have not tried this myself...only read about it. Maybe worth a try. Good luck

This happened to me, and I whistled my sim to their own house, but a completely new sim turned up, still saying it was the same sim, but all their bars were maxed out, totally confused but hey, that's what happened!

The same thing happened to me and I guess no one knows how to fix it. EA games needs to see this and update their game!

I went to try to use the cupcake but the status's are also gone for my missing sim. This is really annoying

Me too, sent my sim for a drive and he never came back! I will try the cupcake thing. If that won't work when looking to add another sim I will buy an empty house and move all the furniture from missing sims house. At least that'll save me money

It happened to me with 3 of mine except I didn't send them for a drive, I sent them to work! The game closed down as I sent the last one to work and when I went back in they were housebound but not home... This better be fixed soon! 3 sims!!

There is no way possible to get your sims back!!! They die because you send them to do something when all there little box thingy's at the bottom are extremely low... There is no way to get them back,I'm very very very very sad and I will miss my little sim :c

I had 2 missing sims.. Sent them to work n they even earned their pay for e day, but nv returned home. When I clicked on their profile, it leads me to e main map..

Couldn't do e cupcake thing coz tt option's nt available for e missing Sims. BUT!! I tried whistling them to another Sims home n it works!!! Both my Sims r home now!! (:

This just happened as one of my sims was to be off work while 3 were out and my game crashed (first time ever)... I was being taken to the Sim car lot. I was able to do the whistle and all 4 who were missing showed up, but in their professional outfits ha. So will have to change back to street clothes, but they are back at least... And no pay for those 4 :( though.

My sims came back after I changed his career. He had been gone for a long time. It kept telling me he was housebound after going for a drive. Nothing worked until I tried changing his career. Once I did that, he came back instantly. I just wish I had tried that months ago.

Having read all the comments, I think this could make a REALLY good creepy pasta... O_O Esp if it was the same sim... *Spooky noise*

Happened to me too.
All you have to do is the old Microsoft fix...
Shutdown your device then restart it, don't just merely exit out of the game and put the device to sleep.
Actually shutdown the device and then turn it back on.
Start the game then go to someone other than the missing sims' house then use the whistle to call the sim over.
That should do it. At least it did for me.

Happened to me too when my sim got back from the hospital. It said she was house bound. She got home and walked straight through the house and kept walking to a river where she disappeared. She is also carrying her new born baby. Fantastic. :(

When your sim is house bound you need to inspire him/her then she should be able to leave the house
