I don't think it can. This is a Freeplay game and so there're many missing actions.

No, you can not produce babies by "woo-hoo" woo hoo is a fun and romantic way to up your motives and make you inspired. The "Family Home" is just a type of house like the "Share House" for example.
My point of my answer is no, you cannot...

You can't have a baby but you can make two sims have woo hoo(sex)(which wouldn't do anything but make your sims social bar go up). To make them have woo hoo you need to make 2 sims be romantic to each other until they are partners

Okay first of all everyone is really stupid here , there is a new update where you can have babies , honestly . Im just not sure how quiet yet but you can it even says in the update , get married and have babies

Well you can have babies, But you haveto update it first I updated mine and I'm still trying to get married and ya you have to be married to have a kid then pres the crib/cot and ya when the baby arrives you can edit it and ya hopes this helps

Yes you can have a baby on sims free play but you have to get married and have that baby bed thinggy

All you have to do is buy a crib and and click add baby then wait then tada you have a baby
