I'm on level I'm on level 25, and I have a baby already. You have to be partnered, married and then the baby. You can even move together ..

Yes you can have babies, I have one and I'm level 17, all you do is work through the goals until you reach it, it's as easy as that guys.

I've heard you can have a baby if married people woo hop but it's rare and I'm not sure since the update. Oh and u need to buy a crib to get a baby.

Well U Can Follow These Steps And u will have a baby
1- Get The "Get Engaged" Task
2-Get Married
3-Buy A Crib
Tip: the more expensive the crib is faster the baby will come
4-Have A Baby

You don't have to wait for the goal "have a baby" you can just get married and buy a crib. Click on the crib and you can try to have a baby. I'm only on level 13 and I have 2 married copples from witch 1 copple has a girl toddler and a babyboy.

In order to get a baby you have to have 2 sims (gender doesn't matter) romance each other until they become Partners. Then have them move in together and have one of them propose. A list of rings will appear on the right side of the screen for you to select-the more expensive the ring the greater the chance that the sim will accept the proposal. After they're engaged they need to romance each other until the bar is full then select Get Married. Once they're married buy a crib and tap it to start generating a baby (if you are building a new sim home you'll have to wait till it's done before you can get a baby). Once the baby is done generating you can name it, select a gender, and pick an outfit.

Build a relationship between two sims, propose, get married, then buy a cradle. When you are eligible to add another sim you will be able to buy a baby.

I don't think You can because it's the free play one, you can 'woohoo' but can't actually have a baby

On the full version you can do, but not the free play.

In sims freeplay on ipad you can have a baby but first you have a married sims and you will need a high romantic level and you can buy a ring and when finish you can have a baby by kea][color=red][/color] [/color]

Buy 2 garden patches then get 2 sims to garden at each it doesn't mean make them both garden at one

Yes you can have a baby, but in the latest update and you should be in the highest relationship level which is 'Partners':
1. Go to the Build menu
2. Select 'Nursery'
3. Buy any crib
4. Tap on it to have a baby
Done..

Yeah you can hit you have to have the marriage and babies update that just came out. When you get it 2 of your sims have to be partners then they could purpose a marriage then get a ring with your LP and they become engaged until you make them love each other more by having woohoos and stuff until they become married. After they become married you have to buy a baby crib and put it somewhere in the house. Tap the crib again and wait until your baby gets there (it's like when you build a house-it takes time) when it's done create your baby and there you go. Make sure you have the parents talk to the baby so it knows but they can only go up to best friend I don't know why.

To have a baby you must be on (I think it was level. 15 but idk) level 15. Run through all of the objectives until "get married" appears. Now any sims can marry, even aside from this objective. To marry them simply "be romantic" until a small icon labeled "Get married" appears. Now you buy a crib (they are not cheap) and buy a baby (also spendy) good luck

You can have a baby by being romantic till you get married keep click on the left bubble that tells you what you next goal, then it will tell you to get married then move on ,then get a baby
And they give you the money to do so

You can have a baby!!!!
First you have to be married to have a baby, in order to get married you have to complete the goals, until it says get engaged. Then you can buy a ring. Remember the better the ring is the more likely the partner will except the proposal.

Once you are married purchase a crib from the build mode and click on the person symbol. It usually takes about 15 hours to be 'born'

Yes. If you have the Toddler Update or newer update, you need a married couple, a cradle, and 10-7 simoleons.

I have an iPad too,so this is what I know.

The first thing you do is go through all the goals until the "Get Engaged" goal. Get too sims romantic until at the stage where there partners.If you want,move them in together.
Next,click on the "propose marriage" option. Before the goal you won't be able to propose marriage.

Pick a ring. And don't be cheap!

After get married.

Finally purchase a crib. Add your baby sim.Take care of it's needs (bladder etc)
