How do you move in a sim in sims freeplay for the iPad ?

Currently you can reach only partner status in Freeplay - this mean that you can't neither marry or move in with other sims.
However you can "whistle" any Sim you want to any house through tapping on simtracker first and then on whistle icon

I use the whistle to get all of my sims to the share house where there are three bedrooms. They can just stay in one house for days. You could also do this with a family house too. They can eat there. Sell the furniture in every house except for the biggest and make money to improve the one that they live in. Take their beds and put it in the large house. You can extend it too and make even more rooms. Works really well.

I have sims free play, and one of my sims has gone missing. When I click on their face it brings me to the town, and when I whistle her to another house, it says she's housebound. But she's not at her house.
