The best upgrade for minecraft pe for ipad would be to have tha abilaty to make a gps save point.
With a gps coordinates feature so you can input your own coordinates and teleport to that location directly.
This would solve the problem of getting lost.
Add the nether and huger end and cats

i think that you should be able to catch fish. With a fishing rod
The new PE update gave the option for crafting fishing poles, however I haven't had any luck in catching fish. Do any of you know if they are planning to make this a functional feature later? I believe this happened with mobs in the last update. Thanks.

They should put flower pots in the pe version
All of those adds you guys are talking about are either in the game now or will be soon. Remember the PC version is the base from which all of the other versions are built. They start with a really stable release of that and port it, and then they work to bring them in parity with it. The process is a little slow but eventually ALL of the items WILL be in the game!
They should add skins
