You'll get the Clawshot in the Lakebed Temple AND again in the City in the Sky lol, it'll make sense when it happens - keep playing =D

You kill a large frog in the Lakebed Temple. She has several eggs that evolve into tadpoles that attempt to kill you; dispatch them with a few slashes, then the frog will attempt to sit on you. Don't get caught, then run around in front of her and attack her tongue (I suggest using L-target and A, to jump attack then Finish at the end). Repeat until she dies; she will puke a treasure chest up, which contains the Clawshot.
Like Sheiny said, you will get another in the City in the Sky...but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, eh?
