Hi I'm stuck in gerudo desert trying to warp the bridge part to eldin bridge..

You can't warp that bridge even though it glows go to the faren or soming like that it's just north to the other light sprites sancuary and the brigde that they moved is right in back

Ok listen up, unless you've figured this one out yet, this is what you have to do to restore 'Eldin Bridge'.

First of all you need to kill all 'Shadow Monsters' on the other side of 'Eldin Bridge' to open up a 'Warp Portal', in order to get the bridge part there. The only way to the other side is to take the 'Western Exit' in 'Hyrule Field' in the 'Lanayru Province', follow the path to 'Eldin Bridge'. This is the ONLY way to get there since all other entrances or blocked off. After killing all 'Shadow Monsters' a 'Warp Portal' will apear as always. You then can 'Warp' the 'Bridge Part' to 'Eldin Bridge'.....

Ok first of all you have to open the eldin bridge Portal

To do this go from castle town all the way to the east side of the bridge

There kill the 3 Twilight creatures thus opening the portal

Go to gerudo mesa and warp the bridge and then warp it to the new portal and the bridge will be restored

If you run away from the three shadow beasts without defeating them on the bridge (you need to be standing on the Eldin Bridge during this battle) then the warp portal doesn't create.

Having made this pivotal mistake (in summary, I ran away, couldn't figure out how to spin attack in Hylian form with my brand new wiimote and numchuk! So had to google the term actually :( and later returned to defeat these beasts on the land just north of the bridge gate btw, doing so did NOT create the warp portal), I am now unable to warp the missing bridge piece back in place (the missing bridge portion is resting atop the Gerudo Mesa).

I feel this is an obvious oversight in the Twilight Princess code. At the onset of the Eldin Bridge shadow creature sequence, barriers should go up to prevent Link from engaging in this battle in an area that won't create the portal.

But if (as reported elsewhere online) it's true that I don't NEED to fix Eldin Bridge in order to win the game I'll chalk this up to wiimote/numchuk learning curve and stop screaming foul -- because winning the game is mandatory AND I really don't care to begin all over again.
