You'd need Epona (your horse) for that. Dash right before you get to it and she should jump over the obstacle.


If you mean in the Gerudo Desert, then you'll have to kill the men on boar-back and steal their un-mounted boars. Dash with them and they'll break the fence, rather than jumping over it. If you leavve the desert, then they'll be waiting (un-mounted) at the campsite you found them at. HOPE THIS HELPS! :D

At the very beginning of the game when you have to find the third sister chasing after the Monkees you have to jump over a fence
