Hot Spring Water

I think that when you are carrying it on your head he is just sitting on the ground right? So what I did was I just threw it so it broke ontop of him and covered him in the hot water. Good luck!

You will be able to give him the spring water once Malo (owner of Malo mart in "Karaoke" village) talks about expanding to Castle Town. Then, he will be collecting money and eventually there will be a Goron outside the shop who will ask you to bring spring water to the Goron you're talking about. Say yes, stay to the extreme right until you reach the Goron (you'll know what I mean) and then throw the barrel of water at him. He will then build the bridge. This will save you LOADS of rupees.

I know what you're talking about. I went and got some from the Goron in Castle Town and then ran out the south gate. I set the hot spring water to the b button and then z-targed the goron and hit the a button. He told me I smelled like hot spring water and then asked if he could have it. Of course, I told him yes.

Having the same problem, I set the bottle to B and Z target him, I just pour it on the floor and nothing happens, spent about 100 rupees so far and he still won't drink it!

I've been teleporting to the mountain, collecting it in a jar and zipping back to castle town though I don't know it it'll be hot enough since alls I've accomplished so far is dumping it at his feet. Havent tried throwing it yet. "DRINK YOU $&*#@RD! *CRASH*

There are two different Gorons who want spring water.

There is one to the West of Castle Town; you need to throw a barrel of water on him, after bringing it from Kakariko (talk to the old Goron outside Malo's shop). You can't do this until you've given the Goron inside Malo's shop enough money ($1000) to repair the bridge. As others have said, when walking with the barrel through Hyrule field, stay as far to the right as you can and ignore enemies. Once you've thrown water on him, he'll open a stall selling hot springwater, just inside the south gate of Castle Town.

You are talking about the one south of the castle, I believe. If you have the hot spring water in your posession, you can just talk to him and he'll say "you smell like you've got hot spring water, can I have it" and you choose "yes". The only way to get it to him hot enough is to buy it from the Goron who sells hot spring water just inside the south gate (see above).

RUN! From the castle to the south Goron, it's a timed race. Then just talk with it equipped.

Hey, a common problem with the spring water is that you wait to long. Try leaving Epona outside the city until you get it then ride as fast as possible to the goron and talk to him.

You have to run REALLY fast. Try rolling to go faster. Then just talk to him, if it's still hot, he'll smell it. Don't click B.

Go to kakkario village and talk to the goron who is next to malo mart medditating and he will ask you that will you do this for him say yes and you will be going to south castle town with a barrel of hot spring water
