Ok I have already beat the game and I am on my second time when you have the cloths and deluxe picto box. I don't remember what the ghost ships are for and I have already seen 2 of them but I can't get on them are you supposed to? When I get close they always vanish can someone please help me. By the way I'm at the part where you have to beat the wind and earth temples and the hookshot is the only item I don't have.

I don't want to fob you off... But have you taken a look in some of the walk-throughs on this website? Some of them are pretty good and comprehensive, so you might just find what you're looking for.

I think the Ghost Ship has a Triforce Chart aboard, and it appears in multiple locations. I think you'll need the Ghost Ship map so that it won't disappear when you get near it.

The ghost ship carries a Triforce Chart and to get onto it you need to go to Diamond Steppe Isle and use the hookshot on the trees to get inside. Then teleport using the right cauldrons and avoiding the wallmasters to the treasure chest withe the ghost ship chart on it. Then you can go onto the ghost ship, where you must defeat all the ghosts to get up to the room with the triforce chart in it. After that chart is found, the ghost ship disappears and is destroyed forever.

As for getting the Hookshot, you need to open up the bottom floor of the Wind Temple and once at B3 I think, you go through the door and defeat the orange wizrobe and all of the monsters it creates to get the treasure chest with the hookshot in it.

You need to get the Ghost Ship Chart before you can enter the Ghost Ship - go to Diamond Steppe Island, it's directly northwest of Outset Island and beat the Dungeon there to get it. Now, at night when you look at the Chart - it'll tell you what Island the Ghost Ship is at so Teleport and/or Sail into it, beat all the enemies inside and you'll get a Triforce Chart!
