Where do I find the strength to pick up the big rocks with he faces on them? I need help fast so I can progress in the game

you get the Power Bracelets at Fire Mountain (F3). Hit the mountain with an Ice Arrow, aquired at Mother and Child Isle (B2), and head inside. be careful but be quick because you are timed

You need ice arrows to freeze fire mountain, once it is froze, go inside, kill all the monsters, and open the chest and receive power band or something (can't remember what it's called) and watch Link's strength grow
