I lit all 6 torches and got a chest with money but the sign says light all 6 torches and then dive to the ocean floor and lead the lost soul of the boat that forever wanders the darkness. So, HOW DO I GO TO THE SEA FLOOR?

You don't do it literally. It's talking about the ghost ship.
I actually don't quite understand why it says that there either; it refers to the Ghost Ship, but doesn't have anything to do with the ocean floor...
The Ghost Ship Chart is on Diamond Steppe Island (northwest of Outset); from your boat, use your Hookshot on a tree to get on the island; get to the top of the island using your Hookshot on the other trees and enter the hole to find yourself in a maze. Jump into the first cauldron, then go through the lower one, then the one to the upper right, next, enter the one to the upper left of the one that you came from and finally, open the Treasure Chest! Now when you open the Ghost Ship Chart - you can find it and sail into it to enter it when you find it - beat all the bad guys in the Ship to get the Triforce Chart.
It's sort of easy, you just gotta find the ghost ship for a triforce chart and the you will hear a weird noise and land outside in your boat.
You don't need to do something like go to hyrule, it means the ghostship. Probably because the area that has the ghostship chart looks a lot like that island.
