the Cyclones are Located at Mother and Child Isles (B2), Northern Triangle Isle (D3), Shark Island (C6), and that is all I can think of at the momenet . once you get the Ballad of Gales you can warp to Mother and Child Isles (B2), Windfall Island (D2), Dragon Roost Island (F2), Tingle Island (C3), Greatfish Isle (B4), Tower of Gods (E4), Southern Fairy Island (D6), Forest Haven (F6), and Outset Island (B7)
