The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker Questions

O.K this game is driving me nuts!!!!!!!! I am in the Wind Temple and makar has been captured by one of those hand thing that pop up out of the ground. How do you get him out?!?! Any help would be greatly appricieted. Thanks.

You won't be able to free Makar until you get the Hookshot; you don't need his help until you get it, so find it bud...

Go to the room he's in and use the command melody( 4/4 time, left-center-right-center) and fly him out to you.

OK, once Makar's been captured, take the door to the right. Then take the door to the left. Drop down the hole and if you want to, use your arrows to kill the shadow hand things. Then use the Deku Leaf to activate the propellor and flip the wall so you can get across to the other side of the room. Kill the hands and push the block with the spring on it to the spot on the other side beneath a hole in the celing. Jump on the spring and use the iron boots to get back up onto the floor above. Take the door on the right and follow it to the circular room again. Activate the switch to open up the floor. Go down to the bottom floor and hit another switch down there to open up the floor beneath and get to the last basement. Open the door there to fight an orange wizrobe. These you only fight once in the game and they are ******* hard! These can not only fire fireballs at you but can also create more enemies (Not sub bosses though). Use fire arrows to kill it and all the mnsters it has created to get the Hookshot.
Then use the hookshot and the deku leaf to get back to where Makar is. Put on the iron boots, lock onto the giant stone head and fire the hookshot to free Makar
