What location are the iron boots and the golden braclets on

ANSWERS

First, sail to Mother & Child Isles and approach the Cyclone until it sucks you in. Then, use your Bow to shoot the guy (Cyclos) in the Tornado with 3 Arrows to learn a new Song (the Ballad of Gales). Now play the Song and transport to Mother & Child Isles (you'll see why)! Then go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a Fire Arrow at the Island to start a 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Iron Boots within the 5 minutes. Now go to Fire Mountain and use an Ice Arrow on the Island to start another 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Power Bracelets within the 5 minutes. Then you'll be ready for the 2 Temples (Earth and Wind).

They are in the Ice Ring Isle(boots) and Fire Mountain(bracelets). The Fire Mountain is the square directly below the Dragon Roost Island. Ice Ring Isle is directly to the left of Forest Haven.

Can't remember where the Iron Boots are located, but what you have to do is go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a fire arrow at the Dragon's head and then get inside. Slide down the slope to get to the chest.
For the Power Bracelets, go south of Dragon Roost Island to find Fire Mountain. Shoot an ice arrow at the lava coming out and then climb up to the top and go in. Jump across the islands to the last island and kill the caterpillar things and then open the chest to gain the power bracelets.
