Ok, I'm kinda new at this, and this question is directed towards sheiny (and for anyone who can answer it) but, how and/or where is King Hyrule, or whatever. i need to know A.S.A.P. I'm having so much difficulty.

He is in the room where you obtain the Master Sword in Hyrule Castle, which is under the sea with the rest of Hyrule. You meet him personally on your second visit which is after you have beaten the Forsaken Fortress the second time. You take Tetra with you, who turns out to be Princess Zelda.

Just adding on to what nintendo_dude said. If you don't know where the master sword place is then just warp/sail to the temple of the gods. Can't miss it, it's a huge, slightly crokked tower with a little detatchment at the bottom. Just go inside and look around until you find this little portal of light in this garden type thing. Then go in it and you'll come to the castle.

You find him almost automatically after beating Forsaken Fortress twice. Just go to where you got the master sword.
