Yep, but when you start over, Link and Aryll have different outfits. Aryll has a skull dress and Link is in his blue crayfish shirt with orange pants. Personally, I like him that way better...

Before you start over, if you beat the entire game once there will be an empty profile with the triforce glowing next to it, create the account there and you will get what Avalanche019 just stated.

You will also be able to understand the ancient language that the great deku tree uses on accident and the ancient language spoken by the giant fish thing at the back of Outset island when Link goes to get the final pearl.

In addition to what Keyblade21 and Avalanche019 said, you also start out with a deluxe pictobox which you can use to get info on people and enemies by giving pictures to the person in the nintendo gallery on forest haven. But you have to open it first. (Use a hyoi pear, I believe there is a crystal somewhere near the top of the island) and then get a membership from the person who runs the place. (I forget how)
