How can I make link have a different colored outfit after I win the game 3 times?

He only has one outfit change and that happens after completing the game once.

He has two outfits, the traditional Green Tunic, and after beating the game, he can have an Invisible Tunic. Don't worry, he won't be naked, he will be wearing his clothes from the very begining of the game.

Beat the game three times on all three slots then pick his outfit

The first time you play the game he'll have green clothes, after you beat the game (make sure you have an open save space) there will be a triforce symbol next to one of the saves, and when you start that one Link will have his regular blue clothes throughout the whole game, he'll be able to understand the ancient language, and he'll be able to get the Deluxe Pictobox.
