How do I get the iron boots

The Iron boots, let me see... Ah! I remember this one! If you can find the fish circling around the islands, some of them will talk of two islands, usually pointing out their locations by saying something like; go one square up and three squares to the west. One of them has the Iron boots. I think it's the very cold island with which you get knocked out if you step on the surface of the ice. However, you can get in it by getting the Hero's Bow in the tower of the gods, and travelling in one of the hugeass tornadoes. There, you will find the cousin to the cloud god guy you met at Dragon Roost Island
(The guy that looks like a frog.) He will say he'll have his revenge on you, then you have to shoot a couple of arrows into him. After that, he will grant you the power to travel by tornado. How does Link not upchuck his breakfast when he travels by tornado?! A-anyways, travel to the mother and child isles and the great fairy will grant you the power arrows, which will warm up that Island and also stop the lava flow of the other one as well. Travel inside the one that used to be frozen. There's a time limit though, so be warned. Inside the freezing island you'll find the Iron Boots. Hope this helps, and that your not sick from my joke.
