you get the Ghost Ship Chart in the Secret Cavern at the top of Diamond Steppe Island (A6). get to the top by using the Hookshot. there is also a Blue ChuChu here. once you have the Ghost Ship Chart, all you have to do is A. go to the current location of the Ghost Ship or B. use the Song of Passing (learned from Tott, wierd dancing guy on Windfall Island) until the Ship is at Daimond Steppe Island, and sail right into the ship. after you get the Triforce Chart, you will never see it again.
