Help!! I've done many auctions with zunari and after a while he says "i'm afraid we won't be holding a auction for some time......someone made off with every last auction item do I need to do something and if I do what is it that I need to do really need sheiny answer this plzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!

Well this means you already bought every item he had to auction. I am not sure if he will ever have an auction again but if he does there probably be nothing there that you really need.

Probably you need to catch Mila, the girl who is trying to rob his safe. Wait till night then talk to her next to that building, then she'll run away. You need to get up to the ledge where the ladder is to get up to the switch in the windmill, however don't go up the ladder, just wait. (This is the easiest way) When she gets to the safe, jump down and wait until she has the picture of the rupee above her head, then run up behind her and you'll catch her in the act.
