Is it true that if you rub 100 scent thingies shadow Lugia will be purified.

I don't think so. The way I did it was I had all nine purify chambers filled with pokemon. Each array of four Pokemon was looking after a pokemon. All the groups were on the highest tempo (good type matchup)

And when I got the shadow Lugia, I took it straight to the purify chamber (it hadnt even begun to open up it's heart, it's meter was still purple) and switched it with the Pokemon in the ninthe purify chamber spot.

Well, it's meter flashed white straight away and it was purified immediately.

However, there may be other ways to do it, I've only played the game once though, so I don't know of any other way to do it.

This is the real way to do it!!

You need to put enough Pokemon in the purify to max out the tempo in ALL 9 rooms. Check the tempo meter on all nine chambers. If they are all full then insert the shadow Lugia in any of the nine rooms (It doesn't matter if you are currently purifying other Pokemon in the other rooms). Just insert the shadow Lugia in any of the rooms and it will be instantly purified!!!
