After defeating Greevil go to Phenac City,go to the Pokemon Center. Go downstairs and talk to the lady,there you must hook up your GCN-GBA link and then trade away!

After beating Master Greevil on Citadark Island, all Trade Centers are now open. You can trade Pokemon from either Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, or Leaf Green to Pokemon XD.

I beat the game but it still wont let me trade from my game boy advance sp

First on emearld you have to beat the elite four and have to national pokedex and on gale of darkness you have to beat greevil
