Get off of the ship you are on and visit Pyrite Town. Talk to Nett and Secc and Secc will tell you where Team Snagem's base. If you are in the right place. You should see that guy with a Shadow Zangoose. At first you can't get it but Secc e-mails you and says it's urgent so head back to ONBS at Pyrite. Go to the Outskirt Stand after you talk to the little girl at the top floor and Secc. Beat Miror B. And head back to the Snagem Base.(Make sure to talk to Hordel to get a Shadow Togepi for free.) If you beat Gonzap he will give you your Snag Machine back so you can snag those two shadow Pokemon you missed.

You walk slowly towards it to automatically catch but you have to move real slow.
