Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

A few questions actually.
1. Can you breed any eevee's in XD?
2. Does it require a ditto? And wehr do you get a ditto if so?
3. How do you beat the aromored fish Pokemon at the cipher hq lab? It always uses this sheild making it hard to K.O it
4. What Pokemon is best to defeat that armored fish kind?

1. No, there isin't a breeding center, but there is a Day Care, only 1 Pokemon at a time though. You need to send your EeveeLution over to FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald
2. Yes and No. Yes because Ditto can breed with anything. Ditto is found in LeafGreen. No because you can also use a Eeveelution of the opposite Gender.
3. Use Electric Attacks like Thunderbolt
4. Electric Types, like Manectric

3. Use good electric attacks like Thunder, Thunderbolt, etc.
4. Use any Electric Pokemon that you have.
