You would of have to get the Japanese Bonus Disc to the first Colosseum game.

Japan Disc - Had Celebi

Americas Disc - Had Jirachi.

Your best bet is to ask someone to trade you on on the GTS for Diamond and Pearl.

Okay first of all to get celibi by trading from others games , or your can either release Lugia , the 3 birds and rapidash then your will get a message about celibi then you will find it in the wild (this happened to me and a friend cause we tried it and it worked) I got a level 54 celibi.
