Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

I accidentally lost to Thug Zook after my Snag Machine was stolen. After that, Secc mailed me about coming urgently, but after I got there all Secc said was along the lines of 'Dude, what's happened your Snag Machine?' and all the other person would say was 'Sorry, I can't find any new information on Team Snagem at the moment'. I have now also returned bonsly and can't find anything much to do apart from Mt. Battle.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW?

You may have gotten Secc and Nett mixed up. Secc is on the second floor of the OBNS building. After you talk to secc, go to the Outskirt Stand and go inside.On the left is a guy named Hordel. {When you talk to Hordel, make sure you have an empty slot in your roster. He will give {Yes GIVE} you a Shadow Togepi.After you purify it, trade it back to him for an Elekid with Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Cross Shop}. This Elekid really helps you win the game!. After you talk to Hordel, leave the "train" and battle Rider Willie. After this, Secc will email you, and Snagem Hideout will appear on your map. Happy Hunting!

you don't have to get togepi to get the hide out spot

Go to the cooky old mans house and then go to the door a little wird looking kid will battle you it's the place were you find your sister at the start
