Thers is a Pokemon team rating thread in the forums, but since you insist, I will rate it. 5/10, couple of bad movesets and un balanced team, I suggest that you get some more Pokemon by trading or cheating.

Octillary- 10/10 Perfect!
Dodrio- 4/10 Not a good Pokemon for orre collosium because of the types it could be defeated by.
Alakazam- 10/10 Perfect!
Houndoom- 5/10 Switch hidden power for agility and pursuit for double team.
Ursaring- 3/10 I don't recemend this Pokemon for collisiums.
Sceptile- 9/10 Perfect, except give it an item.

Houdoom should forget pursuit,Dodrio shold forget agility and subsitute,Scetile should have an item over all 7.5.
