I'm trying to trade games from my Gameboy Emerald Version to my Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness Gamecube game, but for some odd reason it won't work. I think it keeps saying that the gameboy is not connected. Why's this and how can I fix it???

I know this is a little too late, but I haven't been checking in often.
You have to finish the game before you can trade. Then you need the Gamecube-Gameboy Advance cable, and fix it securely in. Then go to the basement of the Pokemon Center in Phenac and trade. This should work- if not, I'm not sure that's the problem.

To Prof. Eevee,
I apprieciate your answer, and thank you for taking the time to do so. However, I, A.: Did complete the game, and you would know this if you had remembered my previous questions.
B.: Know exactly "how" to trade, I was just having trouble with it.
And
C.: I finally figured out how to do it, ironicly enough, the morning it was supposed to go back, and traded the Groudon that I wanted, among other Pokemon, to my XD game.

So I once again thank you for your assistance, however it is no longer required.
