I missed spheal and do not know how to get him... Please help!

I had the same problem for months until I got the book and it says you have to make Lugia level 80 and all the others lvl 70 then you will find mirror b in a tournament. After you get spheal and purify it you get the chance to catch ho ho and celibi.
Oh yeah cj124 you're 13 and playing Pokemon what a loser.

When the miror b radar goes off, check where he is. If he is in a town with a colosseum, or a poke spot, he will have a shadow Pokemon that you failed to catch. And I'm not sure but I'm guessing that blusix will still have spheal in phenac city. (if you aren't at that part yet, just remember that he is one of the six justy impersonators)
