My Umbreon is on Lv. 39 and how and when do I get a master ball

The profesor gives it to you before you go battle the master. You should use it on Lugia because articuno,zapdos, and moltres can be caught with a ultra ball.

My bro has this game and I know that you get the master ball
Before the last part beat it two times. When you get the master ball save it
For Lugia it also takes to purifie Lugia when you purifie all Pokemon and
You can just fight at the collesseum to get your Pokemon at a high level
My brothers umbreon is at lvl.100. Hope this helps
