You need to battle mirror b a lot untill he goes to gateon port. He will be on top of the light house with 5 ludicolos and shadow dragonite. Hope this helps

First catch all the shadow pokemon.i don't think you have t purify them all.then you mirror B thing will say hes in gateon port.he will have the dragonite.

Purify all 82 other shadow Pokemon and Wanderer Mirror. B will have it. I suggest you bring a Pokemon with the move poison gas because it is at level 50+. Good luck.
