What happens when you purify every pokemon?

You will be able to purify Lugy, the last of the shadow Pokemon

A great deal more happens, actually. You don't need to have all of the Shadow Pokemon to purify Lugia. After you purify all the Pokemon you can level them up and battle at the Orre Colosseum (Levels 60+) and you can do side missions.
Side Missions Include; the lucky egg mission, Shadow Dragonite, and more. I haven't really done a great deal of the after game stuff. Though I've beaten the game three times now, lol.
