You can download save data from any device to another that has the Sims freeplay on it as long as you have a Facebook account tied to your Sims freeplay game. Simply go to cloud after clicking the three dots at the bottom of the screen. Click upload save data on your old device. Go onto your new device and click download save data instead of new game. It will ask you to sign in on Facebook, then it will give you the game you just uploaded. Click yes when it asks you if it's the correct one. Then you should have your saved game on it.
