I recently purchased life points yet didn't receive them. Has this happened to anyone else? If so what did you do? If not has anyone any suggestions.

I contacted them too with no reply... I bought $7.99 of sim money and it force closed the app twice before iit finished processing. Then on the 3rd try I got a pop up saying id receive it shortly but alas..nothing. So I checked my bank account and I was charged 3 times! Same when I tried to purchase 6 lifestyle points a few days later.

Same here. I have iPhone 4 and I just bought $20 worth of LP and got the receipt for my purchase from iTunes and didnt get my LP. It says to contact itunes and forward the receipt to get it put back on card.

Today I bought 20 LP but after I clicked confirm purchase and entered my password, the app closed and nothing happened... I checked my itunes balance and the money had been extracted. I then tried purchasing 6 LP which worked and the app didnt close and I instantly got my 6 LP... This is really strange and frustrating. And I really hope I get my 20LP because I would have wasted nearly 11 bucks.
