I am on level 23 and the Goal for "grow a baby into a toddler" has just appeared. I don't have a baby because I can't even marry two of my sims. I have a couple who is full partner status and I only have the option to "Propose Marriage." This option tells me I have to wait for the Goal of "Get Engaged" but how can I ever get there if I can't get past the baby into a toddler goal? Will getting engaged happen as an option if I keep being romantic? Or am I stuck on this Goal?

I am at the same point as you. Think it is a glitch as goals seemed to skip when I ran the nursery update. Don't know if anyone knows the order of goals to get engaged? Last goal I had before this was to get 4 firefighters.

I have the exact same problem. My last goal before this one was to build a children's store. It is a complete catch 22. You can't get married until you get the goal to get engaged, but it is impossible to get that goal until you get past this one concerning the baby. I am at level 32 and I can't find any way past this.

In order to be engaged, you have to be Partner status. You also need to have at least 20 LifeStyle points to get a ring. Once you have 20LP, then you can propose and become engaged. Once engaged, you continue to be Romantic until you are married. Once married, the next goal is suppose to be to purchase a nursery. Do not purchase a nursery until you are married!

You. Have to fill the partner relationship bar up and it should come up with propose marriage and it will tell to wait after that

Unfortunately can't get a ring as no option to do this. Got well over a 100 life style points. I'm hoping the next update might correct it. Otherwise I guess the only thing to do is reset the game. Bit frustrating when I'm on level 24! If anyone has found a way round this glitch please post.
