Xbox 360 Composite Cable Setup

This setup is used when you'll use a standard definition PC or low resolution monitor for your Xbox 360. You need an Xbox 360 cable to do this.

Yellow: Composite video
Red: Right-analog audio
White: Left-analog audio

  1. Connect the cable's larger end at the back of your console.

  2. Find the corresponding ports on your TV. For Monaural TVs that have only one audio jack, connect either the red or white connector to the TV.

  3. Turn the TV on and console. Make sure that the appropriate input/ source is selected. Usually, the composite input source on most TVs should be A/V
