Merchant Shops

At each Outpost Island you come across in Sea of Thieves, you will find loads of Merchant Shops within each of them. Merchant Shops are where you can spend the gold you earn from all the Voyages you undertake with the three Trading Companies. From brand new Weapons to Clothing accessories to even cosmetic Items for your Ship, you can find all of this and more at Merchant Shops. And the best part is that each of these shops on each Outpost Island will contain different items form the next!

General Clothing Shop: As the name might describe, this is where you can buy different articles of clothing for your pirate to don. This is a great way to fully customize your character and adventure as a whole, allowing you to show off some prowess to everyone else playing the game.

Weaponsmith Shop: This is where you can buy brand new Weapons to use during your journey. If you want the best of the best weapons in order to defeat other pirates and even skeleton armies, you should always look to update your inventory by visiting one of these shops. On top of this, they also sell Items to make your older weapons look fancier.

Shipwright Shop: Along with being able to fully customize your pirate, you can also do the same with your Ship by visiting one of these types of shops. Things can get pretty expensive when looking to deck out your sailing, but if you're into decorating your ship for all to adore and tremble at, this is the place for you.

Equipment Shop: This where you can buy various equipment that you can load upon your Ship in order to use during your journey. Basically anything and everything you can't find at the other shops is what you can find at this one. Some of the most practical equipment you will need can be found here, as well as some of the more gaudy nature.
