As usual, start off with hacking the SAM sites surrounding the base. Take out the assets by the base's entrance then move on to the towers. Rebel reinforcements will arrive so you'll have to tether the gate open to let them through. It will be easier to grapple on the towers and use your explosive charges to destroy them. There are two fuel tanks on the pillars of the main the tower. The last transformers are found under the Satcom dish itself.
