The police station is located in the west side of town. It's fairly small with two gates, a sniper tower, and fuel tank. The captain you need to defeat hangs around near the gas station to the west of town, near the police station.
The propaganda van roams around the street of the neighborhood. Just listen to the broadcast that's different from what is played in the speakers.
The projector is found near the SW part of the town, between the billboard and the town hall. In front of the town hall, you'll find the statue.
