Due to the sheer size of this base, save this for last. You have to prioritize finding and hacking all SAMs first. Next, head to the bridge control in the NW side of the base that will allow rebel gunships to enter. There are also a couple of Capstone FH155 turrets in the NE side of the base that you can reposition by tethering.
In the middle of the base, there's a CS Navajo attack helicopter you can hijack. However, don't use it unless you have successfully hacked all nearby SAM sites. Hacking the SAM sites will also prevent the enemy commander from escaping using his chopper.
