There are three transponders in this base and they’re located near each other. You have to clear the guards first then hack the SAMs. Don’t bother opening the gates to prevent any ground reinforcements from reaching you. Activate the terminal to raise the transponders then destroy them.
Proceed in hunting down and destroying the other chaos objects in the area. As you destroy more objects, an enemy helicopter squadron will be dispatched to suppress you. If you hacked some SAMs, get near their vicinity and they’ll do the rest.
