This oil rig is located in the southern tip of the province, in the middle of the sea. It’s hard to liberate this on foot since all the soldiers are armored and there are patrol boats encircling the area. Your best bet is by attacking from the air or raise your heat to LV4 so you can hijack a CS Navajo attack chopper. Just be careful of the SAM site on the top of the platform.
