How do you get adults to get hobbies? Is karate
The only hobbie?

Currently the only Hobby for Adult Sims is ghost hunting. Karate and Ballet are the available hobbies for pre-teen Sims.

For my sims they have lots of hobbies but it depends on why places you have built. See I have a swimming pool for my sims so their hobbies are doing flips off the diving board. Also I have a park, so another hobby for my adult sims is fishing.

The hobbies I know is
Ghost hunting: You will have to buy an item with a red ghost marked beneath it then click the item and there shoud be search for ghosts for 6 mins (for adults)
Fishing:You will need a Park for fishing click on the pond and choose an option (for adults)
Karate:for preteens I dunno how to get it
Ballet: for preteens I dunno how to get it

Ghost hunting, Fishing, Fashion design, and Diving are the current
Hobbies available to adults. You need to buy haunted Items for ghost hunting, go to the Park to go Fishing, buy the Fashion design studio from the promotion shop for fashion design, and go to the pool center place for Diving. I'm not positive about how to get the diving Hobby because it's the only one I don't have.

Now also Woodworking and skating is available. Woodworking can be done at The Community Center or at home. Ice skating can be done at the ski resort or at home if you freeze your pool using the weather machine
