Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I just got my enchanting skill to 100 and am enchanting everything. I need some protection against fire, shock, magic ect.
My question is, does the "resist magic" enchantment resist fire and frost from dragons or do I need to have separate "resist" enchantments for this.

I believe it does but I am not sure. You may want to get the other resist enchantments just in case

You need separate resists so like put resist fire for gauntlets and resist frost for boots but since your level 100 enchanting you should be able to put two enchants on one item
