No. But if you go to it’s gate, you can walk through it some but then there will be an invisible border.

Yeah. It works with me.

The only new available places with dlc are solsthiem, forgotten vale, castle volhikar, & castle dawnguard.

Guest answered:

In the Dawnguard DLC, you can go to Fort Dawnguard, which is in Morrowind. And with the Dragonborn DLC, you can go to Solstheim, an island owned by morrowind.

Hey guys. It’s me again. I was just playing Skyrim today and I found a way you can get to both Cyrodiil and morrowind. But it requires you to have a spell that you can only get it via mod. It’s called the Cheat Room mod. If you have it, in one of the chests in the cheat room is called Cheat Player Options. Go to the cities I list (Solitude, Markarth, Riften, Windhelm, or Whiterun). In the city, use Cheat Player Options, use TCL Toggle, and just go through the city’s walls. If you’re going to cyrodill, you will find a half detailed version of the white gold tower. If you wanna say anything about this comment, just type in #skyrimcheats and say anything.
