Can someone tell me where the Moonforge (Moon Forge) is?

Can someone tell me where the Moonforge (Moon Forge) is?
I've come across it 2 or 3 times but I can't find it again. I know you can smith weapons there that will give burn damage while it's night but I wanted to see if armor got anything when crafted there. If you can give me 3 to 5 locations to triangulate it's position from it will be much appreciated.

Go to silent moon camp in whiterun hold and it's is the forge at the top of the stairs

You go to the bannered mare ask for work and you should get a bounty for silent moons camp go there and up the stairs it should be there.
