You can't get unlimited unless you hacked the game but you can get alot of health by leveling up and choosing to increase only your health. You can also get items that fortify your health alot so you have a massive amount, but you can not get unlimited

First you must learn the enchantment "fortify health" and have a grand soul gem. You must be level 100 in Enchanting and Alchemy with all perks. Collect 20 Cyrodilic Spadetails and/or Abecean Longfins and collect 20 salt piles. A mixture of one of the first two ingredients and a salt pile will yield a fortify restoration potion. Collect a desired amount of Blue Butterfly Wings and Snowberries. These will yield a fortify enchanting potion. Collect a piece of jewelry with a fortify alchemy enchantment. Go to the alchemist and enchanting stations in dragonsreach in Whiterun. Equip your fortify alchemy enchanted gear and create a potion of fortify restoration. Drink the potion and while you are in the character menu look and see that your fortify alchemy enchantment has gotten stronger. Unequip and equip it. Create another restoration potion and repeat. When your fortify alchemy enchantment reaches the desired amount, create a fortify enchanting potion (make a save before you start making potions because if you go too far it will give you minimal effects). Then proceed to enchant your armor with fortify health and use a grand soul gem. If done correctly you should have millions of health points. Note: this works on all enchantments.
