I beat Space embasy, so why only at 78%?

because you have to defeat everything on the game i know this because i used my action replay

If you're talking about the Subspace Emissary, then I think I know your problem. Some of the stages you beat might have a little waving flag above them on them map, others might have a little crown. The flag indicates that you beat the level, but you didn't collect all there is to collect there. The crown indicates that you beat the level, and collected everything there is to collect there. Try to replay the levels with flags on them, and keep a sharp eye out for those little boxes that have items, trophies, or stickers in them.

You have to go back to levels that don't have a crown over them in the map screen and collect all the gold boxes. Also in the levels before The Great Maze (where you have to revive as many characters as you can) you need to revive every character excluding, King Dedede, Luigi, Ness because you start with them, Kirby because he revives himself, Sonic because he only appears in the final battle with Tabuu and, Jigglypuff, Wolf, and Toon Link since they don't appear in the Subspace Emissary.

Oh one last thing I just found out. You also have to go back and defeat Toon Link, Jigglypuff, and Wolf which only appear after you beat Subspace Emissary. Toon Link is in The Forest, Wolf is in The Ruins, and Jigglypuff is in The Swamp.

also missing charactors in subspace could be bad and -1% per charactor.[unsure]

Go back to every single level untill all levels have a crown on them or you get a % less than 100%
